About Me
As a Louisville-based curator, artist, and writer, I focus on championing emerging, underrepresented voices alongside established figures in the contemporary art world. My curatorial lens prioritizes works that engage deeply with the viewer’s social landscape, foregrounding marginalized voices, critical theory, and obscured archival histories. Through my creative practice, I examine the intersection of artistic production and the politics of exhibition, fostering a dialogue between the internal process of making and the public reality of the gallery space. My writing complements this by deconstructing the aesthetic and social frameworks that define art-making and curating, seeking to bridge the gap between academic theory and community experience. I am committed to building inclusive platforms where art serves as a catalyst for reflection and societal change. By documenting these artistic shifts, I aim to preserve the ephemeral moments of creative resistance in grassroots organization, artist-led initiatives, and its resonance with the arts dialogue.
